Together. Safe.

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you! To protect the well being, health and safety of all, we are requiring that all guests are fully vaccinated. Rigorously following recommendations from the CDC, State of New York, the City Parks and in consultation with our doctors, we have created the safety plan below to best protect everyone’s health and well being. Please let us know if we’re missing anything!

We are living in such uncertain times, and we are doing everything we can to make this event as safe and fun as possible. This means, we will continue to make changes based on the best guidance available to us. We love you and your safety is our top priority. If this event doesn't feel right for you or your family at this time for any reason, we will be making a wedding book that you can contribute to that we will cherish.

Guidelines:

+ All guests must be vaccinated.

+ We recommend that everyone gets PCR tested 1-2 days before the wedding - this includes all children and adults.

+ If anyone tests positive or is in close contact with anyone who tests positive, kindly do not come.

+ Please get tested 3-5 days following the wedding, and if you test positive, please let us know so we can notify our guests.

+ The entire event, both ceremony and picnic reception will be outdoors.

+ We will be distributing individual masks and hand sanitizer for each guest at the wedding.

+ We will be providing individual picnic bags for each guest to provide a comfortable and socially distanced eating experience.

+ We will seat you with your close ones.

+ Please recognize there will be children under the age of 12 who have not been vaccinated and members of our community with underlying conditions, please observe social distancing and mask wearing.

+ We ask that you wear a mask when you are unable to social distance (for example, we will ask that you are masked during the ceremony).

+ If you have traveled recently, please get tested before the wedding.

+ Please avoid any high risk behavior within ten days prior to the event (9/15), this includes unmasked indoor activities, large gatherings and being unmasked around people outside of your pod.

+ If you have any symptoms whatsoever, we kindly ask you to not attend the event.

+ If you are able, please consider getting a third booster shot before the wedding. A note about the environment: This is an outdoor event in a park and we will be walking a fair amount. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are comfortable for walking and for picnic style dining and hanging out in the park.

This event is rain or shine, please plan accordingly. We promise our next update will be full of fun updates - we are so excited to see you!

Love,

Lisa & Barry
